Avoid open ap with splash page and switching to another ip

I use a surf as you go and have a location that has a AP with a splash page asking for a password, and one that doesn’t. I use a tablet and that’s needed for POS system.

Is there a way to switch AP via my tablet?

Do you mean using Surf On the Go to choose a none Captive Portal supported AP intelligently? If so, this is quite challenging. We not able to detect this without associate with the AP.
