Hi team,
We’ve got several deployments of Pepwave devices with our own simcards.
Sometimes our customers needs to swap our simcards to another provider.
When they do that, the APN needs to be set to auto before everything works.
Because we do not want all of our customers to login into the pepwaves we have, this is frustrating job: we need to have remote access to the device, or even worse: the pepwave needs to be shipped to us, just to change this.
Because of this I’m looking into the ability of having the possibility to have our APN also filled in when the Pepwave is set to auto.
I’ve seen several topics where this is just requested through this forum.

Also we will be able to just ship a SIM-card to the customer and they can execute a swap when needed.
So my question is: how can I request to add our APN to the automatic APN selector for Peplink products?
Just give the details here on the forum, or is there a better way?
