Auth failed to OpenVPN FusionHub in AWS

I’ve got a fusion hub running to provide a link between two peplinks. Works fine.
I’m trying to add an OpenVPN service to it for remote access. I’ve got it configured, but when connecting with known good credentials I get an immediate auth_failed error. Nothing is logged in the peplink event log.
I’ve red a related thread that said that you need a DHCP configured network to drop users onto. I’ve got that though a second elastic interface with a dhcp server configured on the fusion hub. Same error.

I’d welcome insights.

@Michael_Westman I have removed the FusionHub S/N from your post as that is sensitive information.

Are you referring to this DHCP Server setting?
