Newbie here…I have a MAX BR1 MK2 with a Verizon card in one slot and an ATT sim in the other. Verizon works great, but ATT does not get IP address. Shows signal good. Thanks in advance
I think stuck on “Obtaining IP address” usually means something wrong with the plan. i.e., not activated or cancelled etc.
Power off the device, put just the ATT sim in, and power it on. See if you get the same behavior.
Same scenario. Att confirmed that he sim is working and activated
Went to ATT and got a new sim, activated changed settings to APN-broadband, all other settings are set to general. All working.
