ATT Sim card

First. I know nothing about networking but hope someone can help. I am successfully connected to public wifi and my verizon sim is also successful. I added an ATT sim into #2 and it appears to have gathered everything from the router but constantly says obtaining IP address? How.what do I need to do differently? Remember…I am a complete newbie.

@Damon_Kessler: Please see MAX BR1 MK2 W-T only connects to T-Mobile Carrier and see if that’s not what’s happening to you, too.

so i tried that and it has not changed the behavior. Still looking for IP address.
