I am struggling trying to determine good router throughput to target from a PepLink router versus the current Netgear Nighthawk X10 (consumer) router I am using now.
This is for home use with planned 3rd Party VPN Client for 4 PCs, NAS, and 6 to 10 Other Devices (TV, BlueRay, Roku, Printer, Scanner, Solar, etc…).
I see the information for the following PepLink devices (for example) and not sure how these compare to the Nighthawk (don’t want to decrease bandwidth):
BalanceOne is 600Mbps
BalanceTwo is 1000Mbps (1Gbps)
Balance 20x is 900Mbps
Surf SOHO MK3 Router is 300Mbps
Balance 30 Pro is 400Mbps
The Nighthawk X10 is a WiFi router not a cellular router
What ISP? All depends what speed you get for your connection which you havent told us.
Xfinity (Cable) ISP with download speeds up to 900 Mbps and upload speeds up to 20 Mbps
The Balance 20x would be a good fit then.

At one location we are running a B20X towards a 1Gbps fiber WAN. It achieves 900+Mbps in both directions.

Thanks for all of your thoughts and assistance.
