The Problem: new Arris SB8200 Docsis 3.1 Modem won’t connect to either a new Balance One or new Balance 20.

Cable: Cat6 ethernet
Peplink Dashboard reads:

Status: (spinning circle) Connecting…
Any ideas?
Probably just need to power cycle the cable modem, go ahead and give it a try. Thanks
