Application Filtering is similar to DPI and uses layer 7 packet classification. There is no “ports and protocols” list, it’s done by packet signatures.
Web Blocking on the other hand, uses filter lists. If you go to the Status page of the device, there is a link and you can download the actual plaintext database the device is using.
