I’ve purchased AP Pro (APP-GN) with 2x8dbi omnidirectional antennas with the intention of using it outdoors. Plans changed and now I need to make sure that about 3500 sqft of house, and about 50 feet outside the house is fully covered with strong, reliable wifi signal. Any downsides to using AP Pro indoors (residential, single family house)?

AP Pro is design for outdoor. Thus it is sufficient to cover your housing area with the spec (2 x 8dbi omnidirectional antennas) you provided.
So you don’t recommend using it indoor? Ie in a closet of an office.
