I purchased a pepwave AP One Rugged. I cannot access login screen interface remotely, or via Ethernet. I am using 192.168.20.1 as specified in the manual, but can not get to the login screen. I am able to connect to the WiFi after entering the WiFi password on the bottom with no issues. Once connected via wifi I cannot get the Admin login page to come up using 192.168.20.1. When I connect via Ethernet I only get a yellow light that flashes, it seems to be receiving data, but no green light. Same issue, not able to get to the login screen using 192.168.20.1. I have also tried 192.168.0.3 that is on the bottom of the unit. The power light is green, the status light is green, and the WiFi LED is green and flashing fine. I have powered the unit off and on several times with no result. I also reconfigured my TCP/IP as mentioned in the manual for both types of connections with no change. On my computer it says all hardware is working, but wrong IP address. It does seem as though the IP address I am using is not correct. I have also disabled my firewall to see if that was the issue with no luck. Any help would be appreciated…
Disregard, the manual IP was wrong. Was able to figure the IP address out.
