AP ONE connected to Balance One Core

do I need an inbound rule to allow incontrol2 to talk to the AP one access point plugged into the balance one?

I can see it in incontrol2 as active, but cannot connect to it, always times out.

Please ensure outbound ports below are opened in the hops above AP One access point. Below is the way of communication between AP One and InControl2

AP One access point —UDP 5246, TCP 443—> InControl2
