AP ONE AX - WIFI ISSUE

Hello.

I am having problems with my AP ONE AX.

2ghz wifi is working as expected.

5ghz wifi is not working. It does not broadcast SSID. Devices cannot manually connect.

I have also restored factory settings and 5ghz wifi still does not work.

Hello,

we will try to replace the same situation as you have.

In addition, we would like to understand how did you find out that AP was not broadcasting SSID? Air-sniffing with Wireshark or some other way?

Hello,

we have tried to replicate the same issue, but with the same settings as above the AP One AX is working as expected. I would suggest create a ticket for support team to that they could make a more detailed analysis.
