Anyone know what to do with Amazon purchased equipment arriving with expired warranty

Basically what the title says

When purchasing the units ourselves from peplink we can change the dates to match the correct sale date of the unit, in this case the units come from the peplink amazon store, and they are not “bound” to our account so we cant change the sale date.

Anyone know what do to in this situation? the Amazon seller in this case is Peplink itself so contacting the seller is a nogo haha.

We usually buy from Peplink directly, but the low margins on the wireless AP units coupled with the super long shipping times directly from overseas made us just give up our margin and just buy them on Amazon, they arrive in 1-2 days and payment is a breeze.

The only problem is the warranty being wrong date and being unable to change it

Any help as to what to do in this situation would be greatly appreciated

Just to be clear, the units are fine, they arrived brand new and work just fine, its only the warranty date that’s wrong, it was set to whenever they were manufactured not the date they were sold

I see that you opened up a ticket. Let us work with you in the ticket then.
