Any way to enable AP band steering under IC2

As titled. I am new to IC2, not sure it can be configured Band Steering. In addition, is it possible to administer both Balance AP and IC2?

In addition, can I manual re-connect WiFi devices thru IC2 or Balance ?

At minimum, I would suggest, that Peplink enables Band Steering = Prefer by default until we can configure using Incontrol2.
