Any issues with using both WiFi AP and WAN sources?

Hello,

I just got a Pepwave MAX BR1 MK2 and I think someone mentioned to me not to use both the internal radios (AP) at the same time as using it to pick up external sources over WiFi (2.4 or 5.8 Ghz).

Is there any problem with using both WiFi in AP mode and also using it to connect to an external WiFi source for Internet?

Hi Neal,

Yes, the BR1 MK2 can use both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz as WiFi WAN whilst simultaneously, also acting as an AP, dishing out up to 16 SSID’s on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz radios.
