Hi Marcus.

What is the current LTE-A world coverage ?

Should I buy a LTE-A ready router for the Caribbean/Bahamas area?

Also, I have been recommended the Poynting omni 402 over the Ant-100 LTe4-g for a marine application using a MAX HD2 Router. What’s your take on this?

The only source I can reference you to is Wikipedia

Each country has slightly different variation as does each carrier. In Australia, the three major carrier each have varying coverage of LTE (Cat4) and LTEA (Cat6, Cat12 & Cat18). The best option is to speak with the carriers you wish to use, many have coverage maps on their websites.
