Another bug in Firmware 6.1.0 on Surf Soho

Running Firmware 6.1.0 build 1419 on a Surf Soho. Screen size is 1024x768 using Google Chrome browser on Windows.

Often, the popup help windows open off-screen.

For example, on the System tab, Admin Security section. Clicking the question mark in the blue circle in top right corner opens a small help popup windows that is almost totally off the screen on the far right. This happens elsewhere in the UI also. Popup windows are visible, but requires horizontal scrolling.
