Allow Outbound Policies based on finer Protocol / Services granularity (e.g., as shown in Active Sessions)

Feature Request:
Outbound Policy selection of Protocol is very limited compared to the Protocol / Services shown in Active Sessions. It would be extremely useful (various performance, security, etc. use cases) to have the much finer protocol / service granularity available for Outbound Policies.

I believe that outbound policies based on application would also be great, for example Office 365 to have an specific outbound policy.

This is more important now with SpeedFusion Cloud. For example, a rule to keep SSL/Netflix off of SpeedFusion Cloud would be much more effective than trying to use IP ranges and nflxvideo.*
