I have several AP One AX and AX Lites. I have always had them configured on FW 3.9.2, and in Bridge Mode, with controller set to Auto. I have always used the AP controller on my Routers to configure the AP’s. I have always been able to see these AP’s in InControl, check the client status, SSID’s being broadcast, access the remote web admin.
After updating to 3.9.3 and 8.4, it appears all 13 access points are showing “offline“ in Incontrol. But they are connected to the internet, providing WiFi for 500 people right now.
I don’t know if the Firmware is to blame, but it is the only thing that has changed. . .
