AirCard 340U Not Connecting

Hi All,

I have a Peplink Balance 20 running firmware 6.2.0 build 2895 with Modem Support Version 1017. I have plugged in an unlocked AirCard 340U with a T-Mobile SIM to use as a backup connection. The AirCard connects successfully when I use it in my desktop computer. I have also upgraded the firmware on the Aircard to 01.13.12.14. However, when I plug it into my Peplink the Dashboard shows a continuous status of “Connecting” but it never connects. The modem list shows this device is supported.

Any ideas how I can get this working?

Please help to upgrade to v6.3RC and test again.

If the problem persists in v6.3RC, please open a ticket for us to investigate.
