Just received my Max br1 Pro 5G, can connect to it but cannot login. I’m using admin admin lower case for the username and password but it will not accept it. The card that came with the device says the username and password is admin

What exactly is the error you are seeing? Are you using InControl to manage the credentials?
If nothing else do a factory pin reset with a count of 12 seconds and after it reboots you should be able to get in with the defaults.
