Adjusting LAN port speed - How is it supposed to work?

Balance 20x on firmware 8.1: I can not adjust the port speed. The only option is Auto. Is this correct?

The manual (see below) says we should be able to “Configure the negotiation speed of the LAN ports” but the screen shot in the manual does not match firmware 8.1 as it has only one speed option for all the ports rather than each port being configurable. Or not configurable?

I do agree this needs to be enhanced. I have filed this request. The LAN ports of Balance 20X will negotiate the port speed and duplex mode with the connected device by default.
