Sometimes users have either disabled or are unable to reach the device even if the device is online.
I’d like to see the following sms commands added.
datastatus (reports cellular data status, does cellular have a PDP data session or only connection to the tower)
ic2enable (enables ic2 if not enables)
ic2status (reports if device can access ic2)
raenable (turns on remote assistance, reset timeframe if it was already on)
rastatus (reports remote assistance status)
Also can we get alerts via sms.
Sms outbound, cellular data connection lost as an example.
This would be useful if the device goes offline (data session) but still has connection to the tower.
