Add DNS Made Easy as Dynamic DNS option

DNS Made Easy provides Dynamic DNS free at any membership level. I’d like to see this provider added. Info about their offering is found at http://www.dnsmadeeasy.com/services/dynamic-dns/. We switched to them for our DNS after NameCheap had a significant outage as a result of a DOS attack. We’ve found them extremely reliable and fast with a great interface.

The more DDNS providers to chose from, the better.

One possible way out is to use the DDNS via DNS-O-MATIC which is already supported. For DNS Made Easy with ID, 6.2.0 will support that via DNS-O-MATIC.
