Adapters for Winegard Air 360+ to MAX Transit?

I’m purchasing a trailer that comes from the factory with a Winegard Air 360+ on the roof, with the antenna cables (2x LTE, 1x WiFi) pre-wired. The “correct” use of these is to plug them into the optional Winegard Gateway router, but as I already have a CAT 12 MAX Transit I’d much rather take advantage of that. Any chance someone here knows what adapters I’d need to connect those cables to my Pepwave?

Would it make more sense to replace the Air 360+ antennas with a Puma or something instead?

I’ve learned (thanks to rvmobileinternet.com) that the stock cables use MCX connectors. Hopefully this is helpful to others.
