I have A Max Transit Cat 18 the problem I have is the activation Key for the SpeedFusion cloud has disappeared. my SpeedFusion care is still active any suggestions !
look at your dashboard in ic2 , does it show that the sfc cloud plan is expired?
If not, then try to upgrade your firmware.
If that doesn’t work open a support ticket.

should I do a manual upgrade even if it says no upgrade available.
yes upgrade to latest firmware, either manually or by using incontrol.

I Did the manual upgrade and the SpeedFusion cloud still says it needs a new activation key. Do I need to change some settings some where.
Time to log a ticket with engineering I think.
