Activating Fusion Hub behind firewall

I install a FusionHub instance behind a pfSense firewall, FusionHub’s WAN has a private IP, while the public IP is with pfSense firewall. Internet connection is tested using the PING tool and it’s working. See below

However, the license activation is failed with this screen below…

Any clue what’s going on?

i think that there is a problem with tcp\udp port . Can you try to open all traffic from FH ip to Any ?


By default all LAN IP are open to any, see below…


Would you able to check on the firewall logs and verify any traffics is denied ?

else please open a support ticket for support team to check.

@sitloongs Firewall logs has many traffic denied messages, any IP address in particular I can filter? Perhaps the response from license server is not able to get through the firewall? if I can find out then I can allow the port or IP to pass through
