I’m running 3 x ac mini via incontrol2. Dhcp is performed on my router. All 3 Ap’s connected directly to the router on trunk links on different interfaces.
I want to ensure my logging can enable me to determine if a device never authenticated on the AP.
My router dhcp logs can tell me when ip addresses are handed out and to what mac address. So I want to be in a position to know when a device did not wake up and authenticate to the AP in the first place.
These devices are set to wake up and check for any new configuration and then power down again.
