+1 I have Starlink as my primary WAN and roamlink (cellular) as my secondary. I’d like to be able to throttle our Apple TV, NAS (used for remote backups), etc. when starlink is disonnected/not available.

Either by assigning devices to QOS groups based on WAN connection, or similar
