Ability to run and Log Speed Tests in Incontrol2

Hello Peplink team

This product is great! We have been using balance 20 for about 2 months now for our installations. We have installed and are in process to install so far a total of 25+ of the Balance 20 devices. Our company recently after testing the device at a number of locations agreed to implement at each and every one of our hospitality installs. We anticipate to have over 100 of these devices installed and running before the years end.

However, we are interested in a particular feature that seems like is currently missing. We would like to have the ability to be able to run a speed test in the incontrol2 dashboard on demand and hourly scheduled speed tests for logging speeds. Something that can link to speedtest.net
is this currently possible? if not any ETA on when it will be available?

We too think this would be a good feature to have, lines up well with another thread and feature request going over here (I know you’ve seen it though I am sharing the link here for others to add on their thoughts to also)

Hello Peplink Enginnering, We are regularly involved in working with a variety of vendors and manufactures of LTE routers. A feature we have seen in some recent LTE routers is the ability to test the connection speed back out to speedtest.net built into the routers GUI. We have found this a very handy tool on several occasions for confirming the ongoing performance of a remote locations cellular/mobile equipment connection.
