A unit is reported as RMA and cannot be registered? Why?

These units were water-damaged at a customer location and meant to be recycled. They will not receive support/warranty from Peplink because we cannot guarantee the quality of these devices and put customers at risk.

Peplink has no idea how they end up in the hands of some unauthorized sellers. Again, these are water-damaged units. We recommend you return the products to the seller and ask for a refund immediately.
