802.1p support on Balance One?

Hi,

I have a peculiar case in Singapore for a client who wishes the features of the Balance One for the 2 providers he currently subscribed to:

  1. SingTel Fiber (with mioTV/IPTV)
  2. StarHub Fiber

While StarHub support their data broadband and IPTV through different ports on the ONT in some cases, SingTel’s implementation is through the same ONT port which requires 802.1p tagging.

May i know if Balance One series can support 802.1p tagging? If not is there a roadmap to support it? Or if the Balance One can be configured to support the above scenario.

Hi Raymond,

We do support Tagging with 1 Vlan only on our WAN port. Suggest using a switch to achieve this.
