I installed the 6.2.2 firmware upgrade Monday and since then have been getting "WAN Disconnected (Link down) errors throughout the day on WAN1 but not on WAN2.
If you are still getting the errors I would check to see what the port speed negotiated at, if possible I would lock it down to what it needs to be to see if that helps. Also, MTU should be set to Auto.
If you are still having the disconnect issues, go ahead and open a ticket with us and we’ll take a closer look at this.
I just upgraded my Balance 310 as well and am getting the same notifications.
