3CX doesnt work with SFC Protect

Good day,

I was tasked to configure a Pepwave MAX BR1 Pro and use SFC to route the traffic of 3CX to it. I’ve got an outgoing policy that directs the traffic of 3CX to SFC. But when I ran tests on 3CX, all tests on ports fails. I have set any any allow in the firewall.

What are the stuff that I should look into? Thank you.

3CX won’t work behind SFC as it uses NAT and you can’t manage port forwarding.

You will need to look at hosting your own FusionHub appliance to run 3CX PBX traffic over bonded connectivity for reliability. Then you will be able to open and redirect the inbound SIP / RTP ports needed to make 3CX work.
