2FA/MFA broken for all InControl2 organisations (yet PeplinkID works OK for all other Peplink services)

Hello @Michael & InControl2 team,
2FA/MFA is broken in all our organisations; we cannot access any InControl2 organisation that requires 2FA using our PeplinkIDs.

We have made a LOOM video showing our attempts and checks to use InControl2 and resolve the 2FA issues from our end ( “2FA Brocken for InControl2 - My Organizations | InControl 2 - Google Chrome - 9 March 2024” you will need a free LOOM account at Peplink to request access ).

We have also raised a ticket via the feedback tab from the MSP level of InControl2 ( InControl 2 ).

Please share any updates on a fix or solution with us.

The problem was resolved.

It affected all organizations that require users to be 2FA authenticated. Organizations that are with the preference disabled are not affected. It doesn’t affect router operation and only affects the access to the Organization.
