2 Sites at Site-to-Site L2 SpeedFusion VPN - Encounter BW and LACP issue

Hi Peplink Experts,

May I ask something? We have a client here who procured 2 Peplink devices which are 2 Balance 305 devices. Client’s setup wanted to enable L2VPN because they want multiple vlan to traverse to their Disaster Recovery site. So, same subnet to the remote DR site. Please see figure attached.

Upon configuring aggregation LAN 1 and LAN2 for both sites, client could not ping their core switch’s SVI in vlan 180 but removing it restored the end to end connectivity. Confirmed that both switches allowed the VLANs for their 802.1Q trunk link and Portchannel in Cisco Switch is L2 UP (or at “SU” status) and also the Firewall side’s port channel is UP facing at the Peplink DR site. Is there a compatibility issue using LACP when L2VPN is active in Peplink?

Then lastly, ISP 1 link BW although it is rated at 30MBPS, it would seem that it does not reach at that speed and only restricts at 12MBPS. The same thing happens when we tested to unplug ISP2 to saturate ISP1 at 30MBPS but it only saturates at 12MBPS. Load-Balancing algorithm is set to Weighted Balance with both ISP at ratio 1:1 (WAN 1 set to prio 10 as well as the WAN 2 to 10)Is this perhaps a consequece of the Speedfusion VPN being in L2? or perhaps something else? May we seek advice?

Thank you!

Regards,
