FusionHub (FH) software license is controlled online from InControl2 root servers.

If FusionHub is installed on a private network that is completely isolated from the Internet, the FH license won’t work.

There are two main requirements to operate FH:

  1. A user account on IC2 (to generate or import a license). Read these guides on how to generate
    or import a license.

  2. An Outbound Internet connection to access public IC2 servers via UDP port 5246 with a return path on the same port as illustrated in the picture below.

NOTE. If these requirements cannot be implemented due to various reasons such as in government or military networks, please contact your Peplink account manager for a customized solution.
