I have a peplink balance 305 and I have had an issue with it ever since I took over the network systems here where I work. I have 3, 300mb/s lines going into the balance and one line running out. That being said, we are only getting 300 from that one line. They are not combining speeds as requested and I haven’t been able to contact anyone about it.

Are you trying to implement SpeedFusion? If so, do you have a Peplink device (hardware or “virtual”) on the other end?
Finally, what resources you’ve tried have been unresponsive to your inquiry, I wonder? (Just curious. I’m not a shill for Pepwave but I’ve found the manufacturer and its Partners to be extremely knowledgeable and highly responsive.)
