I’m having the same issue on my balance router similiar to this thread but in a different way
when i add new rule for port forwarding on a specific port on a different wan or an outbound policy rule for a lan device, every other device out of the lan network that is reaching that device through the internet from the forwarded port gets disconnected or gets a really high ping time or packet loss
