Wont Show Remote Hub IP address from Far End Client

So for the longest time, when our remote clients connected to the hub, it would show when going to a Whatsmyip.com site that all traffic looks like its coming and going from the hub. One of the main reason we bought the system. Now for some reason a new engineer messed with something and I cannot for the life of me find the information where the speedfusion is working and shows the remote.

Can someone help?

Incontrol Management: On

Hub: Peplink 580 HW1 running 6.2.2
Remote Host: Peplink Max On-The-Go running 6.3.0/HD4 running 6.3.0
