some of the italian customers are bringing to our attention a new WiFi authentication method really appreciated and already proposed by some vendors like HP or by some tools like PacketFence: the sponsorship mail.
Very simple example: John is visiting Mike, part of the Mikecorporation. John need a WiFi connection so tries to access the WiFi Guest. The log in page ask him to insert the Sponsor email so he has to enter Mikes’ mail ([email protected]). Mike receives an email with a link to grant John access to the network. In this way Mike can have permission to use the WiFi
Is there anything similar we could provide to Peplink users? It will be something in plan for the future?
