White Screen Issue on Peplink Interface & Starlink Daily Disconnects

White colour screen background issues on my Peplink Balance 20 admin interface have made troubleshooting my network setup quite challenging. The interface intermittently loads as a blank white colour background, leaving me unable to access the necessary tools to monitor or manage my connections. I have tried using different browsers like Chrome and Firefox and even cleared their cache and cookies, but the problem persists.

Alongside this, I’m also facing daily disconnections with my Starlink setup. When I return home from work, the Peplink interface displays “(NO CABLE DETECTED)” for WAN #1, and the Starlink app reports that it cannot communicate with the dish. To resolve it, I have to unplug the Starlink system, wait for about 30 seconds, and reconnect it. This temporarily fixes the issue, and everything works fine for the evening and the following morning.

Could the intermittent white screen issue on the Peplink interface be contributing to or reflecting the Starlink disconnection issue? Any suggestions?

What firmware version are you currently running on your Balance 20?
