WAN1: Disconnected (Health check failed)

Hi all
This is my first post so bear with me as I dont know all the jargon. We have a Balance 20 and we are receiving loads of emails saying:

Current health status for all WAN:
WAN1: Disconnected (Health check failed)
WAN2: Connected
Peplink | http://www.peplink.com

We dont know why its failing so any help would be great.

Hi. Well, the alerts you are getting for WAN1 mean exactly what they say. What are your settings for this – located at Network > WAN > [WAN name] > Health Check Settings ?

This is not an error on the B20s part. Peplink devices are capable of monitoring the health of a connection and resist sending data to an unhealthy WAN.
