Can we configure to receive email notifications on WAN Down only after “xx” minutes. This way we can look into lengthy WAN down issues without having to get an email every time a WAN circuit goes down, which is quite often.
We had an issue where a client was on Backup WAN for an extended length of time and received a large cellular data bill.
