WAN Health check fails on a specific connection, always comes back after reboot

Hello. We have a Balance 50 with several connections (running 7.1.0), and I’m having one of the connections that after a few days always fails the health check. The connection in question is a fixed public IP that gets to the Balance straight from an ethernet cable - no modem.

The question is, if I disconnect and reconnect the connection on the dashboard, it never passes the first health check (goes from “connecting” to “fail”), but if I reboot the Balance 50, the connection always comes online.

Any ideas on what might be happening? It does not seem something on the ISPs side of things.
