WAN Connection no longer there

I have a Balance 20 with firmware 6.3 build 3100. All of a sudden I cannot see anything about my WAN connection in the dashboard or anywhere else. It just says no connection exists. I know I am connected to the cable modem but my external ip is correct and I have internet. I just cannot see any information about it in the router. I tried to reinstall the firmware again but that did not help. I have been running this firmware for a while with no problems. Any ideas?

Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing?

Here are the pics. The dashboard doesn’t even list WAN at all. If I go to Network it says no connection under WAN. I have made no changes to the router at all.
