Wake on LAN is not working in Balancer 380

I am trying to wake up my pc in my office but unfortunately I am unable to wake up.
I am using balancer 380 and pc is directly connected to LAN 1.
I try 3 different PC’s but its same, once I click on wake in WebAdmin (wake on lan request sent) that’s it but nothing happening.

can anyone help me please in this regard.

Can you please confirm that the PCs are setup to respond to the WoL request? This must be enabled on most PCs before it will work.

thanks for you reply.

Yes PC’s are setup to response to WOL request and i tested already with other router.
but other router itself does not have option to wake up PC, i just used utility from 3rd PC to wake up those PC’s and its worked fine.

This is rather weird. I tested with my devices and it work as expected.

May i know the firmware version running for your device ?

If your device is running using latest firmware and still having issue, please open a support ticket for support team to check.

I tested this on a computer in our lab and it worked here fine as well. We had been using/testing this feature on the computers in our office as well without any issues.

Thanks Dear … i already open a ticket.

Its worked fine once i tested with windows 7 clients.
The issue was with windows 10 client only and that was not from router side, it was from OS just to Go Control Panel>Power Options>on left side pane click on (What power button do) and uncheck Fast Boot.

That’s it. Work for me.
