VPNs re-established connection

Hi,

I have question on behavior of VPN:

  1. when connecting BPL-210 balance on both sides are the VPN automatically re-established on both sides?

  2. in case that I have BPL-210 only on the branch side is it possible to maintain the VPN connection when one of the WANs fails but not on the NOC side?

If you have a Balance 210 on both sides then you can create a SpeedFusion VPN tunnel that will not break if one of the WANs fail. If you only have the 210 on the branch side then you would need to create an IPSec tunnel over a single WAN connection and the tunnel will break if that WAN goes down.
