Say here is the situation. I have setup OpenVPN connections from my Peplink SDX to pfSense installations. The OpenVPN pushes down the search domain and DNS server to use. I want to be able to point the traffic going to my Peplink from the LAN to use that DNS server on that OpenVPN connection. I do see where I can tell it to use certain DNS servers for WAN/SPF connections but I do not see one for OpenVPN connections and especially different VPN connections since I have 3. Is this something I am missing or hasn’t this been implemented?
Also I need to be able to send down via my DHCP server on my Peplink the domain name and search domains for the DHCP clients. Right now it just pushes down a period. What can be done to fix this? I have tried Option 119 and typed in my domains I want to be in the domain search but it does not push down. When I set the domain name DHCP option my network dies.
