Here’s an IC2 feature request from a customer.
needs to be able to see IC2 reports that reaches back more than a month for daily device data consumption. To view this goto:
IC2 login → organization → group → ‘reports’ tab → usage reports
check ‘daily’ radio button for ‘data usage’. Note that you can’t view a devices daily usage going back more than a month. The customer needs this because they frequently do investigations that go back further than that. While they can view monthly data usages back further than a month this clouds the investigation.
